"I am a little more than stunned, actually. I found out last Monday that I had to have a new roof. I was in a time-frame pinch to have roofing done before I could finalize a refinance on my house. And, I was a little more than lightly disheartened, actually, thinking that it was an impossible feat to get a roof in the available time to my deadline.
