Q: My roof is leaking! How can I tell if I need repair work or a roof replacement? 

A: We can do a FREE, professional, thorough roof inspection and give you our expert opinion. We can also help you understand how to work with your insurance company, and guide you through the process. We have the training and knowledge to know what you can expect from your insurance company. 

Q: How can I be sure my home won't be damaged. This happened before during an installation from a different company!

A: One of the biggest problems to avoid is damage to air conditioners. We prepare job sites well to AVOID problems. For example, we always protect air conditioners to prevent debris and nails from damaging the units. We also cover shrubs and yard landscaping carefully to protect your property like we would our own homes. After the job is done, we use special magnetic rollers on the grass to pick up any stray nails. We don't want our customers to experience ANY problems, and we always guarantee our work!

Q: Are you insured in case of accidental injury?

A: We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to protect homeowners and our company! Safety is our #1 priority - both for our customers and our team members. We follow all of the roofing industry safety regulations to prevent accidents. If anything unexpected happens, you are protected. You can feel confident when hiring The A-Team! 

Q: Why is my roof ugly and full of dark streaks? How can you promise my roof won't get streaks in the future?

A: We only use 3M Scotchgard Protector shingles from Atlas. There are only a small handful of companies in Tennessee authorized to install these shingles, and we are proud to only use THE BEST! The difference between our shingles and the other roofing companies is the increased durability to withstand storms and you will NEVER have a stained, streaked roof again. 

In the Mid-South, we live in a humid area, so these unsightly streaks on asphalt shingle roofs are common. Many people think it's caused by mold, mildew or dirt, but the most common culprit is algae (named Gloeocapsa Magma), which is spread by airborne spores. This algae traps in moisture, and causes premature roof aging! With Scotchgard 3M shingles, there's a streak-free guarantee!
